Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree candidates in business, psychology, or labor relations, with a focus on HR or Total Rewards preferred. Master’s candidates in HR/Organizational Development or a related field are a plus.
  • A proactive learner with a curious mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with a keen interest in simplifying processes and driving impactful results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate as a member of the Total Rewards team to conduct pay equity analyses, assisting in data collection, organization, and analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Support the continued development and optimization of our employee recognition platform, including tracking participation trends, evaluating program effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Leverage people analytics to deliver insights and reports that inform key HR decisions, contributing to data-driven strategies.
  • Assist in benchmarking compensation and benefits data to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Partner with the work-life team to coordinate events and programming that enhance employee experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, including learning pathway development and programming through LinkedIn Learning.
  • Shadow other HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HRBP-led initiatives, to gain a holistic view of HR operations.
