Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business administration or marketing, strongly preferred; an additional 5 years of sales and leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • 10 plus years of sales leadership and account experience, including a track record of success in large complex sales
  • 7 years of Healthcare SaaS experience
  • Proven ability to motivate and sell, and consistently achieve or exceed individual and team quotas
  • Excellent leadership, employee development and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written communication
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong business acumen

Responsibilities
  • Develops annual sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share
  • Assesses market potential and identify new business opportunities and synergies
  • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
  • Maintains key client relationships and develops strategies for expanding the Company's customer base
  • Constantly monitors the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies
  • Provides expertise to Wellsky by building, developing and managing sales and marketing teams capable of carrying out strategies and tactic
  • Participates in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
  • Adheres to the WellSky Values and supports a positive company culture
  • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and WellSky management and staff in a professional and expedient manne
