  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, preferably related to cold/hot forming/forging)
  • Minimum of 3 years Manufacturing experience (cold/hot forming/forging preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline
  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers
  • Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance
  • Provides informal guidance to new team members
