  • Authorized to work in United States
  • Able to work on-site and commute to worksites across multiple hospitals in Fairfield County, CT
  • Must show record of required vaccinations (including COVID-19), as defined by the CDC and client requirements
  • Conversational Spanish speaker (preferred)
  • Some experience in a clinical setting (preferred)
  • Ability to demonstrate proven track record of success
Responsibilities
  • Enrolls patients in the Wellist program by providing a warm, engaging, and professional introduction to the program
  • Accurately records patient information and relevant details from conversation to aid in the creation of personalized resource recommendations
  • Acts with empathy, discretion, and integrity across all patient and staff interactions
  • Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs, while always upholding Wellist values and leading with empathy
  • Serves as the face of Wellist with our client; shares challenges, learnings, and recommendations with Wellist colleagues
