About this role:
As an Advanced Practice Provider in Comprehensive Spine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will see patients in the outpatient clinic setting suffering from chronic neck and back pain.
- You will practice at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO.
- This position includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $7500 in relocation assistance.
- You will work alongside another advanced practice provider supporting neurosurgeons and physiatrists in comprehensive spine
- Your hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7 am - 5pm
- This is an outpatient clinic position with no call

What you’ll bring:
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- 1-2 years as an Advanced Practice Provider preferred
- New grads will be considered with a cover letter describing why you’d like to work in comprehensive spine
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$49.86 - $76.93
