Requirements
  • Experience managing a team and driving the impact of product marketing
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing in the energy storage, clean energy, industrial power equipment, or renewables industries
  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
  • MBA is preferred but not required
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, persuasive messaging
  • Ability to craft compelling stories and create content for different channels and mediums
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience creating concise and polished externally facing presentations
Responsibilities
  • Lead the product marketing team and support product positioning, content development, and new product launch activities
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing communications, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 product marketers
  • Set goals and prioritize initiatives and team deliverables
  • Drive demand for and differentiation of Fluence solutions through collaboration with regional growth, marketing, and sales teams
  • Report on progress against goals and target deliverables
  • Create and execute product launch initiatives and ongoing marketing needs
  • Develop product messaging that resonates with target customers and buyers
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team
  • Lead product-related external communications and marketing efforts
  • Support communications for the product roadmap and strategy
  • Manage the product and platform brand architecture and train the organization on changes
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the energy storage, clean energy, industrial power equipment, or renewables industries
  • MBA degree
  • Experience creating web content and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in internal and external product communications
