Requirements
  • Typically, requires 7‒10 years of previous related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and leaders from levels of the organization.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.
Responsibilities
  • Reviews, monitors, and approves job descriptions and other HR Documentation via ETQ through discussions with HR Generalists.
  • Ensures job descriptions are in place and accurate for roles.
  • Reviews FLSA exemption status and determines appropriate categorization for jobs.
  • Performs job evaluation activities for new jobs.
  • Performs market pricing and review of internal jobs.
  • Determines salary grade and FLSA exemption status for each new job.
  • Completes salary survey participation.
  • Maintains survey results for the organization worldwide.
  • Analyzes and reviews market data.
  • Participates in annual salary surveys ad hoc salary analyses throughout the year.
  • Responds to job pricing and pay range data requests from HR team.
  • Lead the annual merit process.
  • Gathers relevant market data on pay practices, programs, and economic trends as needed.
  • Assists with the preparation, implementation, and distribution of global salary structures.
  • Works with HR Generalists and Recruiters to evaluate salaries for new hires or promotion job offers or other ad hoc adjustments as requested.
  • Maintenance of employee and job information in the compensation database.
  • Generates various internal HR metrics reports and ad hoc compensation reports and analyses as requested.
  • Generates scheduled ABS HR data reports for external sources.
Desired Qualifications
  • CCP, GRP, SPHR, or GPHR certifications are preferred but not required.
