  • Plan and lead the sales & development efforts of the region
  • Drive the implementation of team strategies to ensure the attainment of regionally focused objectives
  • Plan, direct, and control the sales and business activities for the region
  • Prepare annual regional forecasts and participate in the determination of market potential
  • Support the Territory Business Managers and Therapy Development Specialists with prospective customers
  • Contact and collaborate with IDN Directors on major accounts within region
  • Partner with sales support, marketing and R&D in activities such as sales promotion, training or market research
  • Promote culture and personnel development through regular field engagements (ride alongs)
