  • 4+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, sales methodologies (MEDDIC), tools and training, buyer’s journey alignment, and modern sales processes
  • Experience with project management, content management, and learning management systems
  • Ability to build internal relationships with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic partner for internal and external customers
  • Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement programs
  • Responsible for sales foundational and continuing learning programs
  • Analyze and track courseware and sales enablement content
  • Support the buying/selling process at all stages
  • Implement effective management techniques and establish a sales coaching program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with account executives
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Provide onboarding and training programs for the go-to-market team
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team using performance data
  • Maintain sales enablement software
  • Be curious, willing to learn, and always looking for ways to improve
