Requirements
  • Degree educated, with 5+ years of proven experience of leading complex, cross-functional, large-scale business programs and initiatives.
  • Qualified and experienced at using PMP (or similar) and/or Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Travel industry, customer-centric, sales operations experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using collaboration tools to communicate and coordinate with remote teams globally is a plus (Slack, Sharepoint, One drive, Confluence etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Scope, design, structure and drive projects and programs, coordinating across teams and organizations and assessing bottlenecks to streamline workflow.
  • Develop project schedules, define timeframes, and prioritize tasks to achieve milestones and deliver project or program objectives.
  • Monitor progress and initiate actions to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications, and requirements.
  • Identify the type of resources required to support a project or program and make recommendations for specific people, technology, partners, etc.
  • Investigate data and information on a given question or problem to establish facts, reach conclusions and summarize findings, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform data analyses, articulate findings and propose solutions when needed.
  • Proactively report and communicate on project status & risks (escalate appropriately to mitigate or drive resolution).
  • Create and maintain applicable KPIs to drive action based on results.
  • Manage risk, working with the team to anticipate, assess and manage new risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Leads mitigation planning and transparent escalation and reporting.
  • Leverage both written and verbal communication skills to create clear, concise and organized communications, adapted for different audiences.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor for the project team and business sponsor.
