Requirements
  • Sales Programs is an important role within the Sales organization and incorporates a mix of demand generation, stakeholder coordination and delivering multiple high-priority pipeline development projects
  • The Sales Program Sr. Analyst / Manager will work closely with the Sales Leadership to deliver go-to-market resources and assist Account Executives in maximizing their productivity through dedicated programs
  • This role is able to synchronize the collective efforts of multiple departments; can unlock value whether leading initiatives directly or indirectly; ensures business processes are consistent, scalable, and run efficiently. This person is capable of juggling multiple projects with ease and knows how to drive execution
  • The ideal candidate will possess: growth mindset, compelling communicator, data-driven approach and stakeholder engagement
  • 3+ years experience in a similar programs role, sales readiness, marketing, or selling roles, in a high tech environment. Combination of these is an advantage
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational ability with experience in planning and managing programs through a systematic approach that can scale
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills into business solutions and to interpret data points into business context
  • Proactive, creative and innovative thinker. Must be able to generate consistently new ideas for driving and supporting divisional priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required, Salesforce.com experience an advantage
  • BS/BA Preferred
Responsibilities
  • Work with regional Sales Leaders to guide the development of Sales Plays and go-to-market strategies for our Public Sector Solutions and products for our AMER Public Sector Markets (specifically, the Eastern Time Zone and Federal customers)
  • Create and drive programs that impact organization pipeline generation including Account Executive productivity and up-skilling
  • Create and maintain long range business planning tools aligned with evolving organizational priorities
  • Deliver internal communications to ensure Sales Leaders and Account Executives receive the most critical, targeted information they need, when they need it
  • Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant demand generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results
  • Activities also include: coordination of all contributors to sales program activities; delivering briefings, continuous improvement of content, reporting on results and successes, assessing effectiveness, and recommending areas of improvement
