Requirements
  • Candidates must be enrolled as a full time or part time undergraduate student in a college or university.
  • Students must be of Junior or Senior standing status and pursuing a degree in Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Community college students will need equivalent credit hours in Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • You will get hands-on experience managing a retail team, working directly with customers, and gaining valuable insights into daily operations.
  • You will also have the chance to network with seasoned retail leaders and gain exposure to the organization through field travel days, developmental workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Learn how to manage and motivate a store team, understand staffing best practices, and colleague development.
  • You will develop business plans and work on an impactful project that tackles an opportunity or area of improvement at your specific store location.
