Responsibilities
  • Engage existing and prospective partners to deliver on ambitious revenue goals and to increase the partner offerings for Lever customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to ensure they understand and are trained to articulate the value of current partner offerings.
  • Define your work streams and the strategic direction of the Partnerships and Alliances function in collaboration with leadership.
  • Complete Ramp Camp onboarding program to learn about the business, product, vision, and team, and understand how your role fits within Lever.
  • Learn about the Lever talent acquisition products (Lever Hire, Lever Nurture, Lever Analytics) and shadow sales calls.
  • Complete starter project evaluating the partner tiering system and present recommendations by the end of the second week.
  • Complete demo certification on core products to be able to demo Lever for partners and customers.
  • Get up to speed on existing partnerships and competitive landscape; meet with partners; attend conferences; align with Marketing and Product.
  • Become internal subject matter expert on existing partnerships; provide self-service resources to Sales and Success; clarify on new partnerships.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build a Partnerships demo environment and toolkit.
  • Develop a sustainable and repeatable process to follow up with the Sales team on partner leads.
  • Work with Sales Operations to route inbound partner leads to Sales; recommend automation opportunities.
  • Conduct initial meetings with three strategic partners to establish baseline relationship, metrics, and potential collaboration structures (lead sharing, territory mapping, co-marketing, etc.).
  • Own regular business reviews and close partnership with one top strategic partner (bi-weekly/monthly calls leading to quarterly reviews).
  • Establish recurring monthly sessions for onboarding and quarterly deep dives with sub-teams across Sales and Marketing.
  • Own monthly syncs with Sales and Marketing leadership to review collaboration opportunities and improvements.
  • Develop an annual Partnerships and Alliances calendar of events and partner engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to implement a formal partnership strategy framework.
  • Create a long-term plan for the function including budgets and strategic goals, in coordination with leadership.

Lever announces Stacey Bishop to its Board after securing $20m Series B financing led by Scale Venture Partners
