  • Three (3) years of experience in Workers’ Compensation and/or ADA case management
  • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end interactive process under the ADA/FEHA, including evaluating accommodation requests, conducting interactive discussions, and implementing reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact and subject matter expert for Workers’ Compensation claims and ADA accommodations, providing clear and accurate guidance to employees and supervisors.
  • Manage all aspects of Workers’ Compensation claims, including coordination with third-party administrators and legal counsel to ensure timely and compliant handling.
  • Collaborate with employees, HR Business Partners, managers, healthcare professionals to evaluate accommodation requests, assess job-related limitations, and explore potential accommodations.
  • Coordinate the interactive discussions with employees and managers to gather information, identify appropriate accommodations, and facilitate the interactive process in accordance with the ADA guidelines.
  • Research and evaluate potential accommodations, including but not limited to assistive devices, workplace modifications, flexible work arrangements, and reassignment options.
  • Coordinate ergonomic assessments and workplace modifications to support employees with restrictions or disabilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • Experience working in a non-profit environment
  • Experience with administering a high volume of workers’ compensation and disability cases
  • Certification in Disability Management or Workers’ Compensation (e.g., CPDM or CWCP)
  • Experience with HRIS system, UKG Inova
