Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with data analysis and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Comfortable diving deep into vast sets of data
  • Ability to effectively communicate data and information to management
  • Deep understanding of Excel and Google Sheets

Responsibilities
  • Performance sales operations support-related activities, such as monitoring the performance of our systems, reporting when there are variances to plan, and helping us understand where those variances are. Then working with the operations and engineering teams to take action to get performance back on track
  • Identify areas of opportunity for improvement of processes
  • Generate reports at both high (summary) and low (verbose deep-dive) levels. Clear presentation and communication of data and highlights is key
