Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, including hands-on experience in application management, business process leadership, and ERP initiatives.
  • 5–7 years of leadership experience, including managing teams, cross-functional initiatives, and enterprise application or business process portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise applications, business process optimization, and multi-project portfolios.
  • Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, enterprise architecture, and security frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Roadmap Creation, Communication, and Coordination: Develop, maintain, and communicate IT and business process and technology roadmaps that align with enterprise objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure progress, dependencies, and outcomes are clearly understood by leadership and stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable results, balancing resources, priorities, and business needs.
  • Business Process Blueprinting & Technology Architecture: Design, document, and optimize business processes, capturing “as-is” and “to-be” workflows.
  • Maintain enterprise-wide business process architecture to ensure processes, applications, and technology platforms are integrated effectively.
  • Partner with business leaders to standardize, scale, and improve processes, identifying automation opportunities and governance requirements.
  • Application Services Management & Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze enterprise applications to identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with IT and business teams, ensuring applications deliver maximum operational value.
  • Lead initiatives for user adoption, training, and application updates to reinforce best practices and sustain engagement.
  • Governance, Security, and Compliance: Support IT governance frameworks and best practices to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Assist in oversight of IT security, risk management, and regulatory compliance activities relevant to applications and business processes.
  • Provide guidance and reporting to leadership on adherence to policies, standards, and controls.
  • Portfolio Project Management Accountability: Drive accountability across IT and business transformation projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Establish project governance structures, manage dependencies, and monitor resource allocation.
  • Provide oversight and support for project prioritization, funding requests, and performance tracking.
  • ERP/CRM & Enterprise Applications Lifecycle Leadership: Lead ERP/CRM and other enterprise applications system initiatives throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, adoption, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure systems meet operational requirements and deliver expected ROI.
  • Provide architecture guidance, ensuring enterprise systems are integrated and scalable to support business objectives.
  • Strategic Partnership & Advisory: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to identify operational challenges and opportunities where technology-enabled solutions can deliver value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on application performance, process optimization, and technology-enabled initiatives.
  • Support the Chief Information Officer in translating enterprise IT strategy into executable plans for the business units.
  • Technology Evaluation and Innovation Support: Identify emerging technologies relevant to application services and business processes and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • Pilot or oversee new tools or automation opportunities to enhance process efficiency or application performance, under CIO guidance.
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA preferred.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or ITIL are highly desirable.
