  • Presentation skills to clearly communicate arguments, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Experience working with both technical and business teams (Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Engineering) in order to build the key deliverables and to provide an integrated point of view
  • Technical skills in data querying, exploration, and analysis through different platforms and technologies (e.g. SQL, Excel, Tableau, R, Python)
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience with either CRM, eCommerce (dealing with personal data) and/or Digital Analytics (ie: Google 360, Adobe digital analytics, SEO/SEM search) is required
  • Strong commerce experience using data visualization platforms (e.g., Google data studio, Tableau, Excel, PowerBI) is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred
  • Passionate about learning, problem-solving, and leveraging data to inform how integrated marketing campaigns are deployed across channels to drive key business outcomes
  • Understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys
  • Strategic problem solver with big picture orientation who has ability to zoom in and zoom out
  • Good initiator with a natural curiosity of how things work and intuitive on "why"/"how" we can improve
  • Organized, with an innate attention to detail, and can execute tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Meticulous review of all deliverables that builds organizational trust and confidence in analytics and reporting results
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment and pushing through ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple analytics projects and work streams

  • This newly created role will report to the Vice President, CRM and Retention and provide strategic insights, forecasting, optimization and marketing performance analysis and insights. We are seeking an organized and innovative individual to be the subject matter expert on measurement, reporting and technology. In this role, you will oversee the execution of marketing analysis across programs, campaigns, segments and channels while monitoring trends to make strategic recommendations

  • In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
