Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful program delivery, preferably within the marketing or advertising industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, advertising, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Serve as the guide of the program and oversee all aspects from inception to completion. Also ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, budgets, and schedules, and adjust as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that all projects within the program align with the organization's strategic goals and facilitate effective decision-making and program direction.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues across the program and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Change Management: Oversee the change control process to ensure all changes are assessed, approved, and communicated effectively across the program and its projects.
  • Communication: Develop and execute detailed communication plans to ensure all stakeholders and leadership are kept informed about the program's progress, risks, and changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder communications and engagement to guarantee their needs and concerns are addressed to foster strong relationships and program support.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular program and project status reports to provide clear and concise updates on progress, milestones, and any issues.
