Responsibilities
  • Provide support in recording keeping and ER tracking using ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with UIA state requirement notices.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner team to provide guidance and support in creating and finalizing coaching plans.
  • Act as a thought partner to the ER Manager on employee relations matters.
  • Contribute effectively to priority projects and initiatives at both the HR-wide and business team levels.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for the People Experience Team.
  • Compile and maintain documentation related to investigations.
  • Fulfill record requests as needed.
