  • Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
Responsibilities
  • Effective note taking and organization to ensure project success
  • Providing regular updates on status of assigned tasks to other members of the project team
  • Escalate and mitigate risks before they become an issue
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration with support from technical leads
  • Execute basic change management & learning (training videos for clients, tip sheets, regression test scripts, etc.)
  • This role may require some travel time, mostly local, depending on project needs. Therefore, we're seeking candidates who are open to and able to accommodate
