Paragon is a SaaS platform that helps product and engineering teams build and manage native integrations for their apps. It provides an SDK and an embedded iPaaS (integration platform as a service) so clients can connect to third‑party applications and keep integrations up to date with changes in external APIs. The product includes a workflow builder to define integration logic, pre-built connectors and triggers, and a monitoring suite to ensure reliability, all embedded directly into the client’s product for a seamless user experience. Paragon differentiates itself by offering an embedded, native integration experience that speeds up development—claims of up to seven times faster than building in-house—while handling authentication, API changes, and ongoing maintenance. Its goal is to help SaaS companies quickly and reliably connect with other apps, reduce their engineering workload, and provide end users with smooth, embedded integrations.

Paragon Wants To Be The Plaid Of Saas Apps

Paragon, a startup building a platform that integrates and aggregates various software-as-a-service (SaaS) apps for enterprise clients, has raised $13 million in a series A round led by Inspired Capital, alongside previous investors FundersClub and Garuda Ventures. CEO and co-founder Brandon Foo said that the tranche will be put toward “scaling” and expanding Paragon’s team across the engineering and go-to-market teams. Paragon, a part of Y Combinator’s winter 2020 cohort, is designed to allow software products to integrate with third-party apps without disrupting existing workflows. Companies can use the platform to build SaaS integrations into their products that are then provided to their end users, with features such as fully managed authentication and prebuilt integration interfaces
