Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of required Dental Assistant experience, as stated in the position highlights.
- At least one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification.
- Strong chairside assisting skills.
- Aligner therapy support experience.
- Intraoral scanning experience.
- A valid X-ray certificate.
- A current license if working as a Certified Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Assistant, or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, as required by the state.
- A current CPR and first aid certificate.
- The ability to arrive 15 minutes early for the morning huddle.
Responsibilities
- Perform chairside dental assisting and support patient care in a fast-paced dental practice.
- Support aligner therapy.
- Use intraoral scanning technology.
- Help create a comfortable experience for patients.
- Work the stated Monday-through-Thursday schedule, with Fridays off.
