As part of this role, you will:

• Manage the procure-to-pay (vendor invoices, employee reimbursement, corporate card transactions, etc.) and order-to-cash process (customer invoices) 
• Analyze revenue, cost of sales, and other technical areas for proper accounting
• Prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Manage the payroll process
• Assist with accruals, fixed assets, prepaids, and other close areas
• Participate in the preparation of financials, footnotes and other schedules
• Provide supporting documents for audit and quarterly reviews
• Evaluate and document processes and implement process improvements
• Provide management monthly reporting and analysis

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a must
• Minimum 6+ years of experience and from a top tier accounting firm/tech company
• Highly analytical with knowledge of accounting principles 
• Excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities within deadlines 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high level of attention to detail 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highest moral standards and safekeeping of confidential information
• Must have proficient knowledge of Excel 
• Passion for Anyscale and the AI/ML industry
• Experience with accounting tools: NetSuite, Bill.com, Expensify, etc.

Compensation

• At Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $141,019 - $160,000. As the market data changes over time, the target salary for this role may be adjusted.
