  • Rising Senior (December 2025 – May 2026) or rising Junior (December 2026 – May 2027) pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science with a minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Effective time management and organization skills - ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of networking including DNS and DHCP
  • Fundamental knowledge of operating systems and basic troubleshooting
  • Interest in the application of technology to investment management and financial markets
  • Programming and scripting languages such as Python, Visual Basic, VBscript, or similar scripting/programming knowledge
  • Basic understanding of coding best-practices and version control
  • Experience working in a professional IT environment
  • Knowledge of PC components, hardware, and applications
  • Strong customer service skillset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for technology and desire to stay informed of the latest trends and best practices
  • Comfort in high pressure environments
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage an active task list and consistently meet deadlines

  • Providing technical support for an active trading environment
