Responsibilities
  • You will have overall responsibility for product launches, price changes, amendments and discontinued products for both brands.
  • Collaborate with Web Trading, Buying and IT Teams to optimise processes used, including helping to plan, design and test new technical features and workflows.
  • You will use your business knowledge and data insight to support the prioritisation of workload
  • Follow the current brand look and feel for both RLD and BAG to curate specific copy, imagery and overall product feel
  • Execute the product content strategy. Working closely with marketing, web trading and design.
  • You will be responsible for tracking and analysis of product performance data while using insights gained to plan follow up actions to be carried out by the team.
  • You will also take ownership of resource planning for the team including scaling up as needed for peak times, identifying training requirements and setting deadlines for delivering time sensitive projects.
  • Collaborate with the IT team for system improvements to support efficiency gains and resolve any bugs affecting the products & processes.
  • Exploring AI tools to improve quality and efficiency of products (imagery and content)
  • Quality Assurance: Accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product content across the websites. This involves identifying and addressing any errors, inconsistencies or improvements needed
  • You will be managing a team of Seniors and Executives.
