Requirements
  • 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership (sales, account management or revenue operations) in B2B technology-enabled services, ideally with global scale and recurring revenue models
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling global commercial organisations, driving double-digit growth across regions and service lines
  • Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams across multiple geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and managing global partner ecosystems
  • Strong capability in enterprise and mid-market sales motion, strategic account expansion, long-cycle deals and value-based selling
  • Experience building and managing strategic alliances and partners that drive revenue
  • Fluent in revenue operations, data analytics, CRM/forecasting systems and process optimization
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own Safeguard Global’s global revenue strategy, ensuring full alignment with the company’s mission of enabling global workforce expansion in 187+ countries
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CFO and COO to define annual and multi-year revenue plans, pricing frameworks and go-to-market growth initiatives
  • Design and embed a scalable revenue model for growth across new regions, verticals and service lines (EOR, contractor solutions, entity setup, global hire/pay)
  • Establish, promote and sustain a performance-oriented culture rooted in clear metrics, accountability, and commercial rigor
  • Build, lead and scale Safeguard’s global sales organization — across geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and across segments (mid-market, enterprise)
  • Define and implement structured sales methodologies, territory design, performance KPIs and compensation aligned to growth ambitions
  • Hire, coach and retain top commercial talent; create development paths and enablement frameworks that elevate sales productivity and impact
  • Personally lead major strategic deals and executive-level engagements to accelerate growth in key markets and segments
  • Oversee global account management teams focused on retention, expansion (upsell/cross-sell) and share-of-wallet growth within existing clients
  • Foster a disciplined account-planning process that ensures key clients maximize value from Safeguard’s solutions, thereby strengthening renewal and expansion rates
  • Ensure close alignment between account management, delivery and operations teams to drive superior customer outcomes and retention
  • Identify, develop and oversee strategic partnerships and alliances (for example with global HR tech, payroll vendors, system integrators, referral networks) that expand Safeguard Global’s reach and accelerate revenue
  • Structure and manage partner and alliance frameworks (joint go-to-market plans, referral incentives, co-selling models) to maximise partner-driven revenue
  • Monitor partner performance, ensure alignment with Safeguard’s growth objectives and evolve partnerships based on results and market opportunities
  • Maintain deep market knowledge of global workforce enablement, EOR, global payroll and contractor-management sectors — including trends, regulatory shifts and competitive dynamics
  • Translate market insight into differentiated positioning and messaging that amplifies Safeguard Global’s competitive advantage and supports commercial execution
  • Represent Safeguard Global externally — at industry events, partner forums and with key clients — to enhance brand presence and credibility
  • Lead the global revenue operations function — including CRM systems, sales analytics, forecasting accuracy, pipeline governance, compensation design and process optimisation
  • Continuously refine and optimise commercial processes to improve efficiency, scalability and predictability of revenue performance
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure integrity of forecasting, territory design, quote-to-cash flows and overall commercial performance metrics
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Delivery and Operations leadership to ensure commercial strategy aligns with product road-map, service delivery and customer experience
  • Provide client and market intelligence that informs strategic decisions, service development and expansion planning
  • As a member of the executive leadership team, contribute to overall company strategy and growth agenda
