Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in retail or professional environment in LP
  • 5 years of Multi store big-box retail experience
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and using varied sources of data to understand underlying drivers of complex problems
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
  • 10 Years of multi-store retail experience
  • Experience working in an omni-channel retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing business documents (P&L, exception reports, etc.)
  • Experience conducting quality reviews/audits
  • Experience in using physical security systems (CCTV, EAS, etc.)

Responsibilities
  • Partners with District Manager and store leadership to drive execution of store operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Responsible for teaching and training of store operations managers throughout the organization on all aspects of their role.
  • Builds relationships and effectively collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders, including Regional, District, Store leadership teams and city officials.
  • Manages, hires and develops a diverse team of both hourly and salaried asset protection professional within a multistore geographical area.
  • Train, assist and manage investigations conducting interviews, and post prosecution. Must professionally represent Lowe’s in court and be skilled in handling depositions and other hearings.
  • Identifies and provides appropriate action steps to address internal or external theft / Organized Retail Crime concerns.
  • Leads and directs teams during emergency response situations, crisis management and civil unrest within a multistore environment.
  • Drives the development of tactical plans aligned with asset protection, safety, and business strategies to bring the vision into realization.
  • Owns, forecasts, and manages multiple financial accounts in assigned stores for key controllable expenses (e.g. shrink, general liability, Osha Recordable Rates, payroll, security, cash overs / short, price adjustments).
  • Evaluates assigned stores are operating within established company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Performs store visits and reviews independently and in partnership with district leaders leveraging tools to improve performance, execution, and efficiencies.
  • Drive operational programs and system enhancements. Serves as field branch for corporate store operations during deployments of new programs and technologies by providing training, validation and accountability.
  • Provides open feedback and mentorship to team members, AP & store leaders to encourage growth and greater responsibility.
  • Trains store personnel on proper reporting procedures and evaluates district-wide compliance with all safety, security, and Hazmat related administrative documentation requirements.
  • Analyzes safety reporting to identify trends and help stores implement plans based off root cause analysis.
  • Analyzes data and reporting to identify shrink related issues, root causes, and trends within the district and works with store management, AP/Safety staff, and district-level team to address issues and trends.
  • Review, validate and provide direction on critical operational processes that have an impact on in stock and accuracy including but not limited to Freight flow, IRP, down-stocking, and cycle counts.
  • Coaches and develops associates around the processes and tools that have a direct impact on the customer experience.
  • Delivers consistent reporting, provides trend analysis, and supports the stores in the creation and deployment of plans to improve their financial performance.
  • Identifies key areas for improvement and ensures individuals and leadership teams close the gaps and hold team members accountability for execution.
