  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance preferred
  • Highly proficient MS Excel skills

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activities from divisions and acquisitions into Oracle ERP system (including financial reporting software Oracle Hyperion)
  • Participate in the month-end close process, including responsibility for revenue reporting on Day 1 of the close, along with review of journal entries and the P&L
  • Research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics
  • Assist in integrating M&A deals into the existing operations, including tracking of earnout calculations
  • Improve upon existing reporting as requested by management
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
  • Contribute to preparation of business presentations for Executive management
  • High degree of involvement in annual budget process
  • Review and maintain producer compensation reporting
  • Assist Finance management with day to day tasks and special requests
