- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Patrol all areas of the property and assist owners and guests with room access.
- Monitor closed-circuit television systems, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life-safety systems.
- Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily physical hazard inspections.
- Respond to accidents; contact emergency medical services or administer first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation as required.
- Assist owners, guests, and associates during emergencies; notify appropriate individuals of accidents, attacks, and other incidents; and call for outside assistance when necessary.
- Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, escort unwelcome persons from the property, and respond to vehicle accident and theft scenes using proper code responses.
- Complete incident reports and Loss Prevention shift summaries or daily activity reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of Loss Prevention and property reports and documents, releasing information only to authorized individuals.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete required safety training and certifications.
- Follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and comply with quality assurance standards.
- Provide professional guest service, including addressing service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette, and maintain positive working relationships with associates.
