The Solution Specialist will conduct technical training courses for customers and/or staff with T2’s enterprise suite of solutions. You will interact with customers and cross-functional teams to develop training curriculum and prepare lesson plans from engineering documentation. You will work with Engineering and Technology, Manufacturing, Content Management, and Product Management teams to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
As the solution specialist, you will instruct participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. You are also responsible for supporting the Customer Success Team through goodwill training and/or consulting for red or yellow customers.
This position requires knowledge of all things parking. These requirements include customer presentations, training methodology and materials development, and written and verbal communications with minimal guidance. Travel to customer sites is required.
