Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR leadership
  • Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills
  • Prior experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) (e.g. BambooHR), project management systems (e.g. Jira), and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Lever)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with cross functional team project management
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve complex operational challenges
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives for the organization
  • Support the delivery and deployment of HR and cross-functional programs and processes
  • Align HR strategic objectives with the business strategies
  • Lead annual programs including compensation and performance management
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements
  • Play a leadership role to recognize barriers to success and facilitate proactive solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal business
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes and efficiency
