Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning, logistics, facilitation, and evaluation of five 4-H Career Readiness summer events held on Utah State University’s main campus
  • Co-teach career readiness workshops at Utah 4-H’s largest statewide event in July
  • Co-lead the 4-H Entrepreneurs program, including hands-on implementation of sales platforms and participation in related travel opportunities as available
  • Monitor and track Utah 4-H Impact Evaluation data, communicate regularly with 4-H coordinators regarding progress, and contribute to the development of the final statewide impact report
  • Coordinate with 4-H staff and partners across the state
  • Support the development of statewide career exploration kits, including presenting materials to 4-H coordinators, coordinating kit distribution and travel, and tracking usage and impact across Utah
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated interest in youth development and workforce development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for working directly with youth in engaging and supportive environments
  • Experience or interest in leading workshops and developing educational programming
