Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in vehicle title management
  • Minimum two years of experience in auto finance or installment loan servicing with focus in title management
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member while using critical thinking and sound judgment in decision making
  • Experience with customer correspondence; exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and continue to complete daily or regular tasks consistently
  • High degree of organizational skills, quick learning, and strong knowledge of titling
  • Flexible schedule which may include overtime
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented and have a strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service skills; experience working directly with dealerships is a plus
  • Customer service attitude with strong problem-solving skills
  • Honest with strong work ethic; punctuality
  • Experience with Dealertrack and/or F&I Express is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with the company’s competencies, compliance, regulatory and information protection requirements
  • Maintain regular follow-up with dealerships in the recovery of lien perfection documents
  • Establish and maintain strategic and excellent relationships with our internal sales team and dealer network
  • Review and remediate issues and exceptions
  • Communicate effectively and regularly via written and verbal communication for the follow-up in the title management processes
  • Perform data entry throughout various processes and ensure all documentation is maintained in an organized and secure manner
  • Administer title processes and lien perfection follow-up as needed
  • Field inbound and outbound communication and answer title-related questions as needed
  • Ensure that all internal departments and external stakeholders receive prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional service, including follow through to resolution
  • Maintain superior relationships with our dealership partners, suppliers, and customers
  • Escalate issues promptly with management and internal sales team as applicable
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of titling laws and regulations for each state. Work with title suppliers, DMV offices, and research state titling requirements, as needed
  • Record and maintain tracking of dealer performance in regard to title maintenance
  • Perform monthly meetings with the RSM to discuss outstanding titles
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained in an organized and secure manner
  • Administer other title management processes and assist the team as assigned
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls from dealers and customers as needed
  • Create 2 or more job aids for team processes

Effective 1 April, Suzuki dealerships will access competitive finance offers on motorcycles, scooters and ATVs through Octane's in-house lender, Roadrunner Financial. The partnership expands a nearly decade-long relationship between the companies. Suzuki dealers will utilise Octane's digital tools for prequalification and closing, whilst loans will be serviced through Roadrunner Account Services. Founded in 2014, Octane has originated over $8 billion in loans and works with 50 original equipment manufacturer partners across seven secured lending markets. The company reported $80 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2025, marking its third consecutive year of profitability.

AriensCo, the manufacturer behind Ariens and Gravely equipment, says the partnership will improve approval rates and streamline processes for dealers. Octane raises $100M Series F at $1.3B valuation for recreational purchase financing

Octane, a startup offering instant financing for large recreational and lifestyle purchases, has raised $100 million in a Series F round at a $1.3 billion post-money valuation. Valar Ventures led the round, with participation from Upper90, Huntington National Bank, Camping World and others. The New York-based company split the funding equally between primary financing and secondary share sales to provide liquidity for existing shareholders, including current and former employees. Founded in 2014, Octane has now raised $242 million in equity funding, excluding debt financing. The company has completed $4.7 billion in asset-backed securitisations since 2019, according to CEO and co-founder Jason Guss.
