Responsibilities
  • Lead Curaleaf's digital transformation portfolio, acting as Project Leader, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, and PMO leader.
  • Manage multiple medium to large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to high-quality standards.
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee cross-functional project teams, working closely with product owners and business analysts to achieve project goals.
  • Drive the development of business and system requirements while facilitating collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and monitor projects that align with the overall digital transformation strategy.
  • Establish and enforce project management processes, tools, and standards.
  • Communicate project milestones, updates, and challenges to key stakeholders regularly.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts, ensuring the successful development of detailed business requirements for each project.
