Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and six years of relevant experience, an associate’s degree and four years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and one year of relevant experience.
  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to learn and use web-based systems and documentation tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a properly insured vehicle.
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to assigned program staff.
  • Lead team meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication across teams.
  • Participate in leadership and management meetings to drive program strategy.
  • Support program development and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams on individual support plans and treatment processes.
  • Monitor program documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Ensure high-quality care, safety, and well-being for supported individuals.
  • Serve as the Incident Management point person for assigned programs.
  • Assist with budget development and monitor program expenses.
  • Maintain program productivity and utilization standards.
  • Support referral assessment and placement decisions.
  • Maintain communication with families and guardians regarding care planning and updates.
  • Represent the organization in community engagement and public speaking opportunities.
  • Participate in county and service-area planning activities.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and on-call coverage as needed.
