  • Understands cost sharing strategies such as contribution analysis or plan design
  • Understands big picture and can lead strategy conversations with client
  • Ability to define client objectives and knowing how to measure success
  • Collaborates with junior colleagues to find the quantitative analysis to deliver a value proposition
  • Confident in providing benefit design strategies (HMO/PPO/HSA/HRA) to meet client objectives
  • Able to explain industry trends and how it shapes current and future objectives
  • Can research and propose options
  • Comfortable discussing innovative strategies and return on investment conversations
  • Actively participates in EB project efficiency initiatives
  • Contributes ideas to improve client retention goals, as well as revenue growth opportunities
  • Actively participates in the training and development of service team
  • Can lead and mentor other associates
