We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our regional offices. This will be an in person position.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that support business development objectives, strategic growth opportunities, and market visibility across the organization.
Manage marketing content, resource libraries, company templates, collateral, and business development materials to ensure information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
Serve as a champion of Holder's brand standards by overseeing the design, review, and quality of marketing deliverables, presentations, graphics, and reusable marketing assets.
Coordinate workload planning, resource allocation, and production schedules to support multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
Partner with business development, pursuit, communications, and operational leaders to develop compelling content that effectively communicates Holder's capabilities, experience, and value proposition.

Qualifications

7+ years of marketing experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience developing presentations, graphics, templates, and marketing collateral.
Proven experience leading marketing initiatives, content development efforts, and production workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management, organizational, writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms, content management systems, and marketing databases is preferred.
