  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience
  • Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Army supply regulations AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1
  • Knowledge of Army logistics systems GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II
  • Familiarity with Army documentation and condition coding requirements
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to read, interpret, and process Army supply documentation
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with Army units and contractor staff
  • Ability to operate or coordinate safe use of material handling equipment
  • Real ID will be required
  • Texas driving license with proof of vehicle insurance
  • Must be able to travel when required
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
  • Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization of items for inspection, accountability, and storage.
  • Track status of turn-ins from initial receipt through final disposition.
  • Support high-volume, mass turn-in operations by managing workflow and resource allocation.
  • Review and validate supply documents such as DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, and condition codes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
  • Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for storage, location management, and retrieval of equipment.
  • Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, and HAZMAT items.
  • Monitor availability and safe use of material handling equipment (MHE).
  • Work with transportation staff to schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Prepare cargo movement requests, shipping documentation, and load plans in accordance with Army and DTR standards.
  • Ensure accountability during loading, movement, and offloading of equipment.
  • Assist unit supply personnel during turn-in to resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Serve as a liaison between contractor site staff, Army units, and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
  • Provide responsive customer service to supported units while maintaining compliance.
