- Collaborate with your manager, product, engineers, designers, and analysts across the Podcast Mission to plan, design, and execute technical solutions
- Build & maintain scalable applications for both internal and external users
- Ensure cross-browser and multi-platform compatibility
- Run A/B tests to optimize conversion
- Share knowledge, document processes, and evangelize best practices
- Ensure that our user experience is the very best it can be for our creators
- Strong fundamentals in Javascript (React), HTML, and CSS. Typescript is a plus
