  • 4+ years of experience working in the maintenance and operation of mission-critical data centers, trading floors, or similar 24/7 environments
  • Knowledgeable in MEP disciplines, including plant infrastructure, CRAHs, UPSs, office HVAC, generators, fire prevention, and building management systems
  • Experienced with managing vendors, contractors, and suppliers to support 24/7 critical systems
  • Strong computer skills; comfortable working with technical personnel in an IT-centric environment and capable of learning new software and control systems
  • Capable of addressing minor field issues without requiring a tradesperson
  • Effective at prioritizing tasks and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator; able to describe detailed issues concisely and accurately
  • Self-starter who can work independently with exceptional attention to detail
  • Creative, enthusiastic team player; eager to learn and take initiative
Responsibilities
  • Operating mechanical and electrical systems that support our trading floors, amenity spaces, and food service areas
  • Completing infrastructure projects, reactive repairs, and planned maintenance tasks without disrupting daily work or trading activities
  • Working closely with the IT Operations team to make frequent, seamless changes and improvements to our trading floor landscapes
