Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
  • 1. Automated Process Control (APC);
  • 2. Semiconductors;
  • 3. Photolithography Process;
  • 4. Defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis;
  • 5. Fault Detection Classification (FDC);
  • 6. Design of Experiments (DOE);
  • 7. CD-SEM, Overlay Recipe Creation;
  • 8. Prolith; and
  • 9. Statistical Process Control.
Responsibilities
  • Possess advanced knowledge in the photolithography process and an understanding of photolithography process qualification.
  • Own a critical module of the process flow, investigating quality issues, improving process margins, and maintaining a high level of process control.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for identifying complex problems, reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options, and implementing solutions.
  • Perform routine process monitoring, adjustments, and qualification in a high-speed, high-throughput manufacturing environment.
  • Interface with process/equipment engineers and lab technicians to audit and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and OCAPs for completeness and correctness.
  • Responsible to disposition lots, identifying critical failures that imply bigger problems, and taking appropriate actions to fix or document and escalate.
  • Possess the ability to understand and manipulate overlay process control/strategies.
  • Regularly monitor current and incoming inventory and remove path restrictions to allow the continuous flow of production material through photo equipment.
  • Use standardized closed-loop techniques to track and close urgent interlocks, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
  • Identify and drive operational improvement projects using LEAN principles to streamline or eliminate existing practices.
