The Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General for our Litigation Unit.
Position Summary:
This position requires a licensed attorney to handle civil actions and proceedings in state, federal and appellate courts.Occasional travel is required.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be, or be eligible to become, licensed attorneys in the State of Oklahoma. Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills are required. Preference will be given to those with experience in employment law, civil rights litigation and/or representing state or other governmental agencies.A minimum of 3 years’ experienceis required.
