Requirements
  • 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates
  • Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
  • Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
  • Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or technical recruiting
Responsibilities
  • Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, etc
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates
  • Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc
  • Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during offer process
  • Other duties as assigned
