Requirements
- 2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates
- Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
- Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
- Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion
- 2+ years of experience in sales or technical recruiting
Responsibilities
- Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, etc
- Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates
- Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc
- Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during offer process
- Other duties as assigned
