Test Lead Automation

JD : • Lead end-to-end testing processes, including planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. • Hands on experience in test automation tools like Playwright, Selenium and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc. • Mentor and guide testing teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure knowledge sharing and skill development. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, product, and stakeholders) to align on testing objectives and deliverables. • Incorporate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, or Azure DevOps. • Establish and enforce QA best practices, improve testing efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. • Hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Postman, and Rest Assured for performance and API testing. • Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. • Provide detailed test reports, defect analysis, and regular updates to stakeholders on quality and progress.
