Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in the private equity and venture capital marketplace preferred
  • Organized with terrific prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact and business partner for a dedicated portfolio of clients
  • Achieve retention and sales goals measured monthly and quarterly
  • Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing user base within portfolio of accounts
  • Develop and own retention strategy
  • Onboard new users and conduct training sessions
  • Conduct formal business reviews with each client
  • Serve as an advocate for clients by analyzing customer health and usage data
  • Efficiently and thoroughly manage pipeline and oversee the renewal and upgrade process
  • Use Tableau and Gong to manage client relationships and review client calls
  • Document client interactions in Salesforce
  • Drive engagement with clients through personally crafted sequences and marketing materials
  • Utilize Outreach to assist in regular and timely communication with clients
  • Participate in monthly Small Medium Business meetings
  • Support the vision and values of the company
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects
