Collaborate on and communicate market, competitor, and company strategy with executive leadership and the company
Guide arrangements with strategic partners
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to accelerate Ronin commercialization

We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategy to shape company and industry trajectory. This individual will read the market, deliver tactical recommendations for sustainable growth, and engage with the Leadership team to shape the future.

What You Will Do:

Identify, quantify, and articulate industry trends across healthcare IT, oncology, AI, clinical decision support, and more.
Collect and infuse “voice of the market” sentiment.
Evaluate Ronin competitors to inform product and monetization strategy.
Collaborate on and communicate market, competitor, and company strategy with executive leadership and the company.
Guide arrangements with strategic partners.
Provide ad-hoc analytical support to accelerate Ronin commercialization.

What We Are Looking For:

5+ years of strategy development experience.
Healthcare IT expertise (bonus points for oncology, AI, clinical decision support).
Expert communicator with strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
Ability to educate and influence through slides and presentations.
Self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

The base salary for this role is $200-250k annually with an equity component. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
