Total Hours of Work per Term:
70 hours per position

Position Summary:

• Help with posting files to myCourses website for the course.
• Providing individualized assistance to students having difficulty with the course material, including small group tutorial sessions.
• Setting up and running exam review sessions, as required.
• Answering student e-mail inquiries.
• Monitoring the myCourse forum and managing the questions from students.
• Grade short answer-question exams.

Qualifications:

• Only registered McGill Graduate students are eligible to apply as Teaching Assistants.

• NOTE: All candidates will have to fill out the questionnaire and upload relevant documents (Study permit (if applicable)/Proof of enrollment for Winter 2026 term).

• Graduate student who has successfully completed PHAR 301 with a very good grade, or has a very good background knowledge in Pharmacology.

• Must have sufficient command of English to be able to help international students.

• Very good communication skills and attention to detail.
