Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the software space.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the account executive sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and onboard the next generation of A+ sellers at Cents.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, enhance customer acquisition, and increase market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, onboarding, customer success, and billing teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
