Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer – ESG & Continuous Improvement is responsible for planning and implementation of the Company’s ESG Goal, Analyze ESG risks and opportunities, Collaborate with internal teams to set ESG Target and facilitate for achieving the same, creation of ESG reports that comply with regulations and Standards. Also responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reducing waste

• Lead the planning and implementation of the company's ESG goals.
• Analyse data to identify ESG risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with various teams to set ESG targets.
• Oversee the creation of ESG reports that comply with regulations and standards.
• Communicate the company's ESG efforts and results to external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on ESG trends and benchmark the company against industry standards.
• Working on environmental, social ad governance impacts
• Analyse the sustainability of potential investment ventures

• Identify Opportunities: Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement Strategies: Design and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on continuous improvement techniques.
• Monitor Effectiveness: Use data analysis tools to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Document Processes: Maintain documentation of processes, results, and findings.
