Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and drive business impact.
  • Assess and refine revenue-generating processes to remove friction, improve efficiency, and accelerate growth.
  • Design and implement best-in-class lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure frameworks.
  • Optimize sales territories, quota-setting, and incentive structures to promote equity, fairness, and performance.
  • Evaluate and implement cutting-edge CRM and sales enablement tools that empower teams and enhance productivity.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, providing trusted insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead ongoing optimization of the sales technology stack, always looking for ways to innovate and stay ahead.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive shared revenue goals.
  • Champion transparency and knowledge-sharing, ensuring teams are aligned and working in concert.
